MSWG’s NHLA Convention Dinner Table Centerpiece Project

 

  • Please complete one form for EACH submitted piece.

  • PRINT clearly, legibly, and with correct spellings.

  • Submitted items are to be made primarily of WOOD.

  • All items need to be turned in to MSWG by August 21 - Dropoff dates and location will be communicated to all MSWG members. 

  • Please, NO pens or little items that may be perceived as freebies.

  • Monday July 20, 6pm to 8pm @NHLA

  • Friday July 24, 1pm to 2pm @NHLA

  • Saturday July 25, 8am (monthly meeting) @NHLA

  • Friday August 21, 1pm to 3pm @NHLA

  • Drop-off almost any time at Larry Sefton's Home
