The meeting goes something like this:

  • Setup-starting at 8AM

  • Socialize from 8:30 to 9:00AM

  • Cool Club Business Stuff

  • Demo (the jewel of the meeting)

  • Break around 10:30AM

    • Snack/Social Break (don't be surprised if you see donuts, scratch-made cookies, pie, or cake). During the break, be sure to check out the library of books and videos. This is also a good time to view the show and tell items up close.

    • Check out the raffle items

  • Show and Tell (be sure to bring your latest project to share)

  • (Show and tell items are photographed at this time by our talented volunteer photographer)

  • Back to our Demo ending around 12:00 noon. Some of our meetings we will return after lunch for an afternoon second half demo (announced ahead of time)

  • Raffle of donated wood, tools, and other items.

  • Clean-Up (everyone helps to make short work of it) – However, please do not rush by starting to clean up early. It is not polite (distractive) to the demonstrator or to members who are still interested in the demo.
